The service I have received from the Ashford Sewing & Knitting Centre over the last 10 years has been exceptional - I highly recommend them - the after sales service is also fantastic! The fact it's a family run business is a bonus! I have used them to service old machines and I have bought new ones from them too - they really take the time to talk you through what will best suit your needs - you won't get that from Amazon!
